Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and clearance items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to item availability.
  • If the desired size or style is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or refund (per eligibility).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at info@saibah.com.au or via the contact page with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit

  • Store credit (if chosen or issued) never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
